Safety on TryZodiac

TryZodiac is for making friends. These are the things built into the app to keep that safe, and what we expect from everyone using it.

Your location stays rough

We never show anyone your exact location. People you're introduced to see the town you picked and a rough distance, like "under 5 km". The app only asks your phone for an approximate location, about 1 km, never GPS precision.

Your birth details stay private

Your date, time and place of birth are used to build your chart. Other people see your Sun, Moon and Rising signs, never the details behind them.

Block or report anyone, anywhere

  • You can block or report someone from today's introduction, from a chat, from your Friends list and from any Cosmic Wall post or reply.
  • Blocking closes any chat between you straight away, and you'll never be introduced again.
  • Reporting also blocks the person and sends us the messages and profile involved, so we can act on it.

Checks on photos, posts and messages

Every photo is checked for nudity and violence before anyone sees it, and its hidden data (including GPS) is removed. Messages, posts and profile text are checked automatically, and content that breaks the rules is hidden.

Zero tolerance

Harassment, threats, sexual content, hate, scams, fake profiles and anything involving people under 18 lead to removal and, where needed, a permanent ban. A banned person can't sign up again with the same Google, Apple or email account. The full rules are in our Terms of Use.

18+ only

TryZodiac is for adults. Your age comes from your date of birth, which can't be changed in the app. If someone seems underage, report them and we'll act quickly.

Meeting up

Meeting someone in person is always your choice. Pick a public place, tell a friend where you'll be, and leave whenever you want. We don't run background checks.

You're in control

You choose the age range and distance for your introductions, you can pause introductions any time, and you can delete your account and all your data from the app.
