Delete your account

TryZodiac (the Zodiac app) is operated by Tanțău Ștefan-Nicolas, Bucharest, Romania.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

  1. Open the app and go to Profile, then the gear (Settings).
  2. Tap Your data, then Delete my account, and confirm. You'll be asked to sign in again first.

Your account is closed straight away and your data is removed within 30 days. On the same screen you can download a copy of your data first.

Can't use the app?

Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account (the email of the Google or Apple account you signed in with):

We may ask you to confirm the request from that address so no one else can delete your account. We complete requests within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in link
  • Your profile: name, photos, bio, interests, settings
  • Your birth details and birth chart
  • Your approximate location
  • Your introductions, chats, messages and friends
  • Your Cosmic Wall posts and replies, your friend code and friend requests
  • Your devices and notification settings
  • Your subscription record at our subscription provider

What we keep, and for how long

  • Safety reports and their evidence: up to 12 months after the report is resolved, so we can deal with abuse.
  • Ban records: if your account was banned, a one-way fingerprint of your sign-in ID and email, so the account can't be recreated.
  • Purchase records we must keep by law (for example for tax).

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
